However; what DOES work is technique. Keep all vents in your helmet open. Crack the visor to the first indent (maybe about a 1/4" inch. When you get going to about 50 mph, you can close the shield all the way. It won't fog at speed. Slow down, crack it back open. Stoplight, open all the way.

Surprised. It completely eliminated the problem for me.
Playing hockey in a cold arena and sweating fogged up many a shield on me. I used anti fog products, but found a little sunlight dish soap , buff it out, worked the best for me in that situation. Cheap to try that. Of course use a micro fibre cloth. Hockey shields weren't cheap.
