You have to forward a bit, the tech uses the 3/8 Snap-On model I had posted earlier.

Not at all but a few months back she started a thread complaining that her bike was low on oil and it didn't warn her. If she can't do something as simple as checking her own oil a torque wrench should be the least of her worries.
