Peel Ferry as suggested is a nice ride. If you want some good twisties try 76 West from Branson through Cape Fair and over to Cassville, 112 south to Roaring River S.P. - F hwy back to 86 and follow 86 back to 65 just South of Branson. Very nice ride. From Cape Fair to Cassville is pretty much one corner after another, all the way.
I spend quite a bit of time riding that area Spring - Fall. Been down there 3 times already this year and going back for a week the first of July.

Arkansas is easy as the odd numbered roads run north/ south, and the even run east/ west. 23 in interesting going south from 86 down to 412, then run east to 21 up to 62. Any number roads in that box will be good roads to ride.
FWIW- Actually with only a few exceptions, it's like that across the whole U.S.A. There is a couple states that are funky but most all odd # roads are North-South and even # East - West. To help even more the E-W numbers start low in the South and get higher as you travel up toward North and N-S numbers are low in the West where the sun sets low and rise high in the East, just like the sun rises in the East. This works for most all Interstates, U.S. hwys, and state roads.
One of my best friends brothers has a beautiful lake house on Table Rock lake. Several years ago we stupidly rode thru Branson on the way there. 100°, cars lined up for miles, 30 min to get thru a light. Killing the bike and sitting in traffic due to the heat. It's not something I'll repeat....

We are staying at the Radisson so no real choice but to get caught in this mess. Not fun in the heat.
