If you look in the brochures at the various hotels in Branson you will find a pamphlet about motorcycle rides around Harrison Arkansas which is just south of Branson. I can't remember the name of the pamphlet but there are some good roads to ride. Also you might try riding over to Eureka Springs. There are some good motorcycle roads over there.

I'll second that, head to Eureka Springs and down into Arkansas, Bull Shoals, Flippin, et. al.. Been a while, but IIRC, lots of slow goers headed to Table Rock, maybe pick and choose a good time and day and it'll be alright. Most roads are great, just need to avoid tourist, I always found the roads into Arkansas best for less tourists.
Arkansas is easy as the odd numbered roads run north/ south, and the even run east/ west. 23 in interesting going south from 86 down to 412, then run east to 21 up to 62. Any number roads in that box will be good roads to ride.
