Just a quick post to inform members that something strange is going on with Dominator Cycles. They were responsive when I had questions about their bars, but nothing after the sale. Ordered on 6-14-21 and paid for priority 2 day delivery. (in stock bars BTW) Received a notification that night that they shipped UPS ground (their free option) not USPS 2 day but tracking information showed only "Label Created" for a week. I emailed a few times trying to get information as to why but no responses. Finally showed up as scanned in California on 6-19-21 and left on 6-21-21 but stopped at the hub 2 hours from my house on 6-24-21. No movement and UPS cannot even say that they were actually on the truck that came from Cali. It's now 6-30-21 and still shows in Horsham PA but this is a Logical scan not a physical scan. Somethings not right. They have not responded from any of the communication I've sent and no phone number to contact either. Just making any buyers aware. BBB has an F rating which I found out after I purchased. Filed with my CC company as it was my only recourse at this point. Their physical address is a Shipping store in a strip mall.
Not sure if I would put the blame on Dominator, they shipped and you received confirmation, there has been plenty of threads on how bad shipping and delivery's have been pre and post pandemic, be patient, 10 days from Cali is probably not out of the ordinary.

rk classic.
Take the information for what it's worth.
Even UPS says package should be able to be located somewhere. According to them even If the truck drove off a cliff or was hijacked there would be an Exception report.
That in itself along with no response, paid 53.00 for a different shipping method and they did not, is a red flag that shouldn't be ignored.
Also why so responsive when I had questions as well and vanishes when there is a problem. That's not good customer service. There is a pattern on BBB for them also.
I don’t know anything about the company. It does sound like some sucky stuff going on.
However, the shipment problem is all on UPS. Dominator is done with their part. If your bars do not show up or there is no movement, you as the customer are required to file the claim. I would file the claim at this point since they are obviously lost.
There is weird stuff happening with shipping. I’ve had some bizzaro experiences with USPS. Like a week to send a letter across town. A package sent within my state of MN going to MN that ended up in Phoenix for three weeks until it came back. Just weird stuff.

Tom
The shipper has a UPS account and he has to file the claim. It's on the shipper until it's delivered.
I've seen it where the business filed the paperwork (shipping label) but have not given UPS the package yet. A week passed before UPS actually had the package in it's possession.
