Default Rolling tool box

I’ve had this for 20 years, looking to replace the lower four drawer section for something similar, side walls are caving in and bottom two drawers ride on the rails all f’ed up, looking for ideas.

There are a many reasons that we buy Snap-on tools/boxes.
1) Some of us are professional mechanics and we are in and out of those drawers 1000 times a day.
2) Harbor freight, home depot, craftsman, etc. doesn't drive in to my shop and repair/exchange broken tools.
3) Snap on drawer slides are guaranteed for life. If the wear out/bind up/break...snap on will hand you a new set.
4) If I put the weight load on a Husky or other brand name box drawer that I have in some of my drawers, they would most likely fold like a pretzel.
5) I can stand in my larger lower drawers...try that on your husky box and let me know how you make out.
6) Better selection of tool boxes. Find this one at harbor freight.

I have a husky 27 inch 5 draw that has served me well over the years, very sturdy, ball bearing draw slides, and nice casters, also it did not break the bank.

rk classic.

. Pawn Shop What ever the price tag is offer 25% less with cash in hand

That's if it's not priced through the roof already.

Now you being in NY it may play differently.

The General tool chests from Harbor freight are really nice and rated really good. I know there will be haters… or look at Craigslist or Marketplace.

Most of mine are Husky .

here's what I noted when I bought mine, not all Husky boxes are the same.
the cabinets are similar/same, but some have heavier rails as well as some of the deeper drawers have single rails while others with similar size drawers have double rails .

so look for the heavier rails and double rails on deep drawers

Check Ebay, you might find something there. Northern tool has various tool box combo's. I have Mac combo which l.bought in 1983, still in great shape ,but 1.500 bucks empty back then was expensive. Made in America..

I second this. Generally not a big fan of HF, but their General line of tool chests is very good at bargain prices.
