I currently have a half helmet and its nice, but I want to get a second helmet that is 3/4 or full face. I heard about Nolans convertible helmets that are full face, but the jaw bar can be raised and lowered in essence giving you a two in one helmet.
Best to try em on and get the one that feels best to you. I use a 3/4 because the full was not working for my fat face....if not for that small problem I would have bought the full.
Also look into Caberg Justissimo.
It also has a retractable sun shield. the chin guard can come off easy to make it a 3/4 helmet.
I picked up from Victory cycles.

I have the H-D Stealth modular andI LOVE it. (It is actually made by KBC I believe.) I had a Fulmer Modus modular before that but it was not comfortable on long rides. (Not enough padding or ventilation.) HJC also makes a nice modular.
Lots of manufacturers make them now.
