The only one with which I am familiar (from your list above) is RJ's. In fact, I just installed them last Thursday, then went riding Friday night and Saturday night -- wow, what a difference!!! I had a bit of a challenge installing them (couldn't get the concept right) and when I emailed RJ about it, together with pictures, he was on the phone to me personally within 45 minutes to walk me through. Less than 5 minutes later, they were installed -- even with a couple minor adjustments for customization!!!
Yeah, they are a bit more than the HD and Kury plastic shields -- but for my money, they are worth it!!!
[No, I don't get commissions or kickbacks -- just glad to recommend something that actually does what it advertises!!!]
Hi. My first post here. Could you post pics of how they look? I just got a 2007 FLSTN and am concerned about all the things I have been reading about the heat. I may be proactive and get these shields.
Don't the shields just displace the heat to a different part of your body? I didn't consider them for this reason.
No, they keep it off, and disapate it away from your body. I and most others who have them swear by them. They are a proven product.Do a search here on the forum and you will find 100s of happy owners.
