FF helmet.
Earpeace (Moto Pro)for me also, and I have neighbor hater pipes. The earplugs really help with the wind noise which can be as bad or worse the the exhaust IMHO.
i usually wear a half helmet.

They have the squishy silicone (I guess) main piece and these small noise filters in the middle of them that I think can be changed to different protection levels.
Foamys don’t fit my ears too good and block out everything sound wise. I tried the silicone type with the string attaching them and for me they just don’t fit well.
For whatever reason, the Earpeace just work for me. hit their website for the full sales pitch 😁

My EarPeace arrived yesterday. Today I took the bike (after my tire work) and my EarPeace plus for a test run, a short 15 min run. They came with the high filters installed. They come with High, Medium, and total block out. The High filters, are a bit TOO quiet, for me to feel right when riding. When I got home, I replaced them with the Mediums, so will see next time out.

My opinion of them? I really like them. No ear plug noise, like the foamies. No helmet interference, and seem to be, so far, the most comfortable ear plugs I have worn. The real test will be when I take a much longer ride.

Wearing a hearing aide is one thing - wearing ear protection/plugs is another. I like to be able to hear what is going on around me. My advice, buy a 3/4 helmet that allows you to wearing your hearing aides.

Well exhaust and wind noise are very hard to control with the aids. In order to do so, I have to turn them to the lowest setting and that is not much different than some ear plugs. Still in experimental phase with all this though.

These are great. I purchased a newer version a few months ago called MotoPro. Seems a little better to hear regular sounds and block the loud stuff.

Been wearing hearing aids for a few years now. My last pair were Oticon and my new one are made by Phonak. Both pair automatically adjust to loud noises.

I wear a half helmet and I were the BTE type of hearing aid. I have never had an issue keeping them in when I ride.

Mine are Oticon, behind the ear. The issue with mine has never been keeping them in, but the helmet padding presses the behind the ear portion into my head. Add to that the arms of sunglasses, and it can put some real pressure in that area. One 45 min ride was all it took to know something different had to happen.

The Oticons do reduce loud noises, but not nearly enough. Oddly enough, even with my hearing loss, sharp, high pitched sounds are literally painful. Certain blasts of wind do hurt. I have never ridden with ear plugs, so these will be an experiment. An "in the ear" type of hearing aid might serve this purpose better, but I do not want to mess with batteries all the time. My Oticons are rechargeable.

The short test run I made with the EarPeace plugs showed me a whole new world of peaceful riding. As I mentioned, those filters were too quiet, but I am hoping the Medium filter, will be more like car quiet. Comfortable on the ears, but still allowing traffic sounds of certain levels.

I have worn a half helmet for many years. I have a road glide with slip on S&S MK45, so not really loud, but better sound than the stock 2019 road glide pipes had. Have a decent stereo, and set up to hear it at highway speeds. 6 speakers, couple amps, and all good. I really like it. But, I am tired of the wind noise competition....not to mention the continued damage to already damaged ears. I have noticed just putting my hand in front of my ear makes everything better. Less wind noise and I can hear my stereo well. So after a long time (yeah, clearly I am a slow learner....), I have decided to try the motopro earpeace plugs. I am assuming I will hear my stereo clearly? Anyone use plugs and listen to their radio? Without earbuds I mean of course. I do like a good quality set of ear buds, but, I like the freedom of not having to set up for a ride. Just put some plugs in, and go...not worry about any connection, or wires. I will probably look into a better bluetooth option as I age, but I will admit it...I put too much into the stereo to not enjoy it some more! Will the plugs help or hurt the audio from the radio??
