Default Signed contract

Good morning fellow riders,

I was wondering if buying a Harley is like buying a car after signing a contract is that contract void until you take delivery and roll off the lot with it or once you sign the bike is yours rather you take delivery or not.

Cold feet? Buyer’s remorse?

Have you given them money?

Every state's motor vehicle contract laws do not differentiate between motorcycle and passenger vehicle purchases. Check your state's laws.

Well I noticed they tried and put hidden fees in the amount of 3000.00 dollars under freight and set up fee on the sales document. I gave them 3k down as well. not buyers remorse I still got a good deal just wondering if I had any barging power left.

Didn't you go over Line by Line before you signed it? If they added Three Grand didn't you notice that on the Total? If you are at a Harley Dealer you certainly didn't get a "Good Deal".....
