I got a video of some noise, just now. Its sounds like something from primary area. You can also here a strange noise after I shut the bike off in the video.
The starter is in primary area too. Is the noise gone?
Your bike does not have clutch interlock and will try to start in gear. I woiuld think that would a hellascious racket though and you would feel it. Unless it is just bumping against gear cause going to fast under force? I am just guessing
You could just pull primary cover and see what there is to see. I would refrain from riding it.
If it was trying to start while riding, I would think you would see marks, but you may trouble seeing with clutch backet installed. Maybe not.

Thanks. There is still a noise now, here's a video of it. You can also hear something strange when I shut the bike off in the video.
yes that sure is weird
I wonder if jackshaft is partial extended in hitting gear on clutch. Only reason I think that is because you said it was starting by itself.
Primary chain tensioner bad? You can see that through cover
It went back to starting normal now, the switch at the handlebar started working again.
I really think that is a key clue.
Your bike will continue to try and start even with bike running. So if it started on its own, there is nothing to tell it stop, unless stick switch freed up.
Your starter motor sounds like it was engaged the entire video. It released when you shut the bike off. You should check the start button first and go from there.
I agree with Cogswell and Rounders , does sound like your starter is engaging while running , check that switch or replace it , possibly a short at the switch or wiring along the way . If you get a chance to remove the primary cover , you could start the bike ( only for a few seconds , and see if the starter is still engaging . I would also check the splines on the starter and drive gear and make sure there is no damage as well .
If your handy with a volt meter , you could hook it up to the starter's wiring connector ( single wire ) and see if it's still getting power while it running , it should not .
Hopefully this makes sense , if not , someone correct me if I'm wrong .
