I'm in Cleveland Ohio and store my 05' Fatboy in an uninsullated and unheated garage and it just gets way to much condensation on it even though i keep it covered....your thoughts on them if you own and use one or know of someone who does...thanks !!!
I keep my ride in my garage during the snowy months...low temps...never once put it on a charger!!! I covered it and had no problems on this end....good luck
ride on, ride a lot..
I had the same problem a couple years ago & decided against the bubble. I built a 14x14 shed & insulated it with scrape from dumpsters on job sites. I heat it with 3 heat lamps & the temp never goes below 60 degrees. The cost to heat is less then $25.00 a month.
I don't have one but have a customer that has 2 for his 2 bikes. Keeps them very pristine looking. My wife would give me all kinds of sheet if I got one.
Must be nice. My rk custom wouldn't fit in the door, without some disassembly. I was going to build a shed and park it in the back yard, during the winter months so I could get both cars in the garage. Well, unless I build a new block wall gate, that isn't going to happen. Besides, I sold the jeep and got a f150. It barely fits in the garage by itself, and the wife isn't leaving her grand prix in the snow. LOL
I wish I had something. For whatever reason, folks in NC don't believe in garages. I keep mine under the carport and try to clean it at least once a week whilet it's outside. It gets wet when it rains, but I'm pretty quick to go out and dry it once the weather is over.
