Asking for a huge favor: Seems this parts department is the only place I can find that has the proper key fob for my 2004 Road King. They are not allowed to ship outside their assigned dealer territory now. Anyone willing to pick up a part next time they visit the dealership and send it to me? Happy to PayPal, Venmo, or whatever is best for you.
Tells me regular shipping is $10.61...we're sneakin up on it.
If you don't hear from someone local let me know and we'll figure it out.
Thanks so much! They won't ship to NC for sure. I emailed to see if they could/would ship to my local HD dealer as a work-around. They said they are not allowed.
Are we saying that dealers can't buy from dealers in order to get a part for their local customers?
(We used to do that weekly back in the day at the dealer I worked at.)
That makes little sense on a 22 y.o inventory item.
Just because Surdyke shows it on their website doesn’t mean they have it in stock. I wouldn’t be surprised, even if you could place an order, they would notify you that it’s not available.
