Electra Glide- Ultra
I'm more concerned with the fact that I'm putting an extra 3 miles on for every 130 or so miles, meaning the warranty items will be up faster and the bike will be worth less if I sell it.

This issue is the main reason most manufactures have unlimited mileage.Honda automobile manufacture has been sued over this and all jap bikes are off 6% and up to 10%. This is done to make the speedo read higher than actual MPH to try and slow down the Squids.
The speedo is calibrated in the ECM. The VSS (veh speed sensor) Hz output parameters set MPH output signal.
This signal is sent to the Speedo, Radioand Turn Signal Module.
This value is 1460Hz for a 2007 96 CI EFI bike. This value should be adjustable with the dealers handheld diagnostic scan tool. Anyone at the dealers service departmentwith half a brain should now this.
While the warranty would not be an issue, resale would be affected. Use a GPS to verify speedo inaccuracy and tell the DumbA$$ at the dealer to recalibrate your speedo. The data value on mine is 1460 Hz and it seems accurate, but I have not used a GPS to verify.
At 80 MPH both my 07 SG and 08 FLHTCU are running 2900 RPM.
Tomorrow I`ll use my GPS to check it,if it`s off I`ll calibrate it and give you the value parameter so you can tell the dealer what value to start with so you can get it close to accurate.. I love my DaytonaTwin Tec ECM....I can do more than the Stupid A$$ dealers can....[8D]
