so its an electric start and Im not getting anything from either the starter or ignition and there is literally nothing at all when trying to fire it up. The only way I get any power to the bike is with the trip switch on the left set of controls. Ill hold that down and Ill get basic power, lights and horn. Rear break lights only work with rear break pedal and not front break and indicators Darens flashing. Ive attached a short video so hopefully all will be more clear.
Battery bolts have tightened and seem secure. The batterys trickle charger has been telling me fully charged and it seems to have held its charge throughout the winter.
I did triple check I was neutral!
WIth the keyless ignition, holding the trip trigger puts the bike in accessory mode. The starter circuit is disabled in accessory mode. To exit accessory mode, and return to ignition mode, hold the trip trigger again.
It is handy having a "junk" drawer like those. I have a couple of plastic bins with various nuts, bolts, washers, connectors, etc in. Surprising how often those come in handy. Plus it helps keep clutter out of tool box and minimizes the search through mason jars looking for that right nut!
