2002 dyna lowrider

I purchased a 2002 dyna came equipped with a screamin eagle big bore kit, Mikuni carburetor, screamin eagle intake I believe and I just installed vance and hines short shot exhaust and just recently purchased a vance and hines jet kit for it . Wanted input if this would help improve performance greatly and how much difference would I see ?

I'm guessing with the mods it has, it probably already has a jet kit, otherwise it would have been running lean. What do the plugs look like?
