Just got my bike dyno tuned today. It's a 1999 electraglide classic that I converted to carburetor. Changed cam chain shoes and it does have stock cams. Arlene Ness air cleaner and fishtail mufflers are only mods. Made 66hp and 86ft/lbs of torque. Wondering if it doesn't have a big bore kit.
Years ago I had my 05 Low Rider dynoed on an open dyno day and with stock internals, I had 67 hp and 72 Lbs. of torque, EFI, open intake and low restriction slip on mufflers. So, you are close to normal.
I'd say that it's a good change that it has been "upgraded".
I had my '00 UC T/C 88 upgraded with a "95 Big Bore Kit" at about 39,000 miles but never had it dyno'ed.
The ECM was "flashed" and it had a Stage I kit with V&H Twin Slash Round slip-ons with a Baked 6spd trans when I sold it (which is why the buyer was so anxious to get it).
I told him that the OEM (M/M) had been replaced with an aftermarket brand but he told me that he had plans to do some work to fix that issue.
I met him a few months later and he had removed the tour pack and saddlebags and he told me that he had "some headwork done" and a S&S EFI installed and it dyno'ed at about 90HP which was nearly what my S/E 110 produced.
FWIW, just having the "Big Bore KIT" installed made the UC feel hundreds of pounds lighter than it felt with the "88".
Put a 95" kit and 203 cams in my 02 Superglide, this mod woke up the bike when two -up, lots of torque and a few more HP for long rides. Another benefit is the sound of the idle (carbed), a little bit of a lope.
This winter is engine time on it. Last winter was whole front end, swing arm and paint. If it does have 95 inch pistons, probably hone and throw some higher compression ones in. Then headlock and cams. Debating between woods w6 and w6h cams.
