You could try removing the tank, seal the openings tightly, fill with water and freeze it. Water expands when it freezes.
If that doesn't work, the tank is already off. Take it to a pro.
I have a similar dent in my tank. The wife's bike tipped into mine and that little **** on the end of her clutch lever did the damage.
I've been to two paintless dent repair places near me. Neither has worked on motorcycle gas tanks.
I gotta find a specialist (bikes). None out here in the sticks (so far).
