X2 for that one. Three major things happen during the break in. The rings wear to the cylinder wall for a good fit, the bearings conform to the crank and last but not least metal changes shape when heated and cooled. The latter in one of the most important things and this will happen in the first 50 miles and first cool down. After that the rings and bearings will seat in a few hundred. The best way to seat the rings is to run it up to 4500 rpm or so and back off slowing down with compression then do it again and so on for 50 miles or so. Then drop the oil and ride it like you will ride it.
