Being that your speedometer is known to be broken, replace it with a new one or maybe one off e-bay. One from e-bay may have lower miles.
I "think" that the mileage is also stored in the ECU. The dealer should be able to read that from a computer hookup. I've heard that a replacement speedometer will recalibrate the mileage from the info stored in the ECU.

Doesn't a poll usually have a set of options? A checkbox that is labelled "Most mileage on a 2022 model year to date" isn't something you'd use for a checkbox/poll option.
A proper poll might have been "Do you believe I only have 40k miles on my 2022"
