I got it for free for a year with my latest bike purchase. Did not renew it.
Never got the quarterly magazine.
My veteran discount is worth more than the HOG discount, and I can only use one.
I don't like herd rides, nor do I particularly enjoy hanging around the dealership.
is there still a printed magazine? Before I stopped renewing it was digital but maybe that was an option.
I bought a life membership years ago when it was cheap and I was very active in the local HOG chapter. There's no more printed magazine, there's stuff online, though I think there's supposed to be an annual printed magazine. People here have dissed the roadside assistance but I unfortunately have had to use it twice over the years and it worked just fine for me. I think they reimburse you up to $100 for a tow. I don't follow the mileage program so I don't know what they offer there.
Yeah, not interested in the Harley Mickey Mouse Club, earning mood rings and stickers, board games, etc. I have friends I ride with no need to pay a fee for that privelege.

"earning mood rings and stickers" ... Well we can get BADGES here ":>)
This year I purchased my first Harley, is HOG membership worthwhile? Besides roadside assistance what comes with it? Thanks.
Did you buy a new or used bike? Since its your first Harley, I suggest you get yourself an Owners manual and an H-D brand service manual. Ride your bike, enjoy it, get to know it. And, maintain it properly.
Your motorcycle insurance covers "roadside assistance". It's too cheap not to add it to your policy. You can always join the HOG membership later...
How about some pictures of you and your Harley? Post um up!
