2026 models?
The November announcement is very likely to consist of nothing but colors. Traditionally, Harley just displays the holdover/unchanged models at the first reveal.
Note that this time it says "Chapter 1". There will clearly be at least one other announcement, which traditionally (last 5 years or so) would be to introduce the changes to the models that have changes. And they have also done mid-year announcements; the only "new" bike we know of will be the Sprint, and I don't think they've made any statement towards when that new model will be announced.
So, in other words: they'll show off the new colors for all the bikes that have no changes. If they don't show a typical model (like a Street Glide or a Fat Boy) during Chapter 1, then that likely means there is some change coming to that model which will be announced in Chapter 2 (which is the time to start speculating on an automatic transmission or a bigger engine or whatever). Chapter 2 may also be the time to announce new models, whether they're parts bin swaps or new-from-the-ground up bikes like the Sprint. But not necessarily; they may schedule a Chapter 3 for that announcement.
Then again, they technically have a new CEO, so maybe they're going to shake things up in the announcement game...

Chapter 3 could happen, hadn’t really thought about it, but thinking Icon or Enthusiast edition. Would really like to see a Springer. I know the CEO recently visited my local dealership and the service guys reminded him several times that HD needs a springer. Don’t think that really matters.

In terms of models and model launches dont expect the new CEO to have any influence (other then pricing maybe) up until 2028 at the earliest. Remember that for example the Nightster and the whole Revolution Max platform were already deep in development during Levatichs tenure and Zeitz could only launch them. Zeitz first project were the new RG and SG in the 24 Model Year even though he started as CEO in 2020. Based on this fact I would say we would need 4-5 years till the changes of the new CEO take effect in regards to the actual bikes.
