If the dealers have the new paint colors for the 26's, shouldn't they know if the Road King is in next year's line up?

This could definitely happen… Guess we will see late January 2026.

Yes, they know, you just have to find one that will tell you.

Paint is one of the few things Harley's got going for it. I see lots of guys salivating over the release of the colors, because even though the bike may not have changed in any meaningful way sometimes just a new color is enough to get them to buy.

I know I tried my hardest to buy a 2022 Pan America Enthusiast Edition with the military green paint; if they hadn'ta sprung a big unexpected fee/tax on me at the last second it would be in my garage now.

Which is to say -- an absolutely killer 1776-2026 250th paint job might get a few of us almost-buyers back in the dealership. That is a really interesting prospect. And 250 years might not have a nice name like "bicentennial", but it's about the last huge America's Birthday that us geezers are ever going to see, so they should strike while the iron's hot.

just hoping the "new" CEO (clone of the old CEO) and designers don't decide that celebrating the 250th Anniversary of the American Revolution means a pride flag, a trans flag, and a picture of Che Guevera.

I agree on the Harley paint jobs. My 2006 Ultra is a blue and silver. Almost 20 years old and 108,000 miles. The paint is still in very good condition, I still get compliments "Nice bike!". My bike was made in the "old" factory in York, PA.

I had to pick up a few parts Saturday at the dealer. I asked them if they had, or knew the colors for 2026. I was told HD will release carry over models and colors on Oct 31st
I am sure the dealer knows, just didn't want to discuss 26 models. They have couple 23 leftovers still

Not a bad thing for older riders with hand issues.
