Recommend another jack that has the minimum height of under 4.25" so it can easily slide under the frame of a large heavy cycle without the need to stand upright like the J&S jack.
Recommend another jack that has lifting rails as long and as wide apart as the J&S.
Recommend another jack that is as easy to roll AND be as stable as the J&S.
Yes, most products made in the USA tend to cost more than a similar product from China and nobody wants to spend more than they "need" to but that doesn't mean a jack who's design is a "replica" of the J&S has to cost 3 to 4 times greater than the competition from China.......greater minds than I and better manufacturing expertise than I might know a way of producing them in quantity and lower the price some. Hell, a top quality full face helmet can cost way more than the J&S's price point and it's recommended to be "retired" after about 5 yrs of use....a great jack can last decades.

How much do you make compared to your Chinese competitor? Cost of materials in the USA compared to the cost of materials in China? We are talking small production vs mass manufacturing. A volume producer can always beat out a custom low volume producer. I personally know of 5 companies that shut down some custom lines because they could not compete with the inferior Chinese copies. No one in the USA is willing to work for the Chinese wages and conditions.
