seat bolt question/ swapping

seat bolt question/ swapping
I want to take off the seat bolts from my stock seat and they are the spring loaded kind that a quarter fits in to turn, which I believe is an aftermarket item. I can't figure out how they come off the old seat and seem to be permanently attached. Anyone have experience with this????

I forgot to mention, they stay in place and you put on the 2 up seat and then push them in and turn. I would love to use these on my new seat, but may need to get new bolts.
