Default Single Wheel Trailer

I am considering the purchase of a trailer. Does anyone have experience with a single wheel trailer?

Thanks,
Steve

Do you mean a trailer with a single axle? If so, I have an enclosed single axle trailer from Wells Cargo that works very well. Has hauled two five hundred lb bikes before. Can provide a pic.

I hope he's not talking about something to haul a perfectly good motorcycle on.

Have never towed anything with a bike, but on run to Sturgis last summer, I saw one of those at a gas stop. During a converation I asked about the trailer and how it affected the bike. He has had a few problems like when the trailer wheel catches the dropoff at pavement edge when driving off the shoulder. apparently causes a severe pull to one side. He also worries about sudden tire pressure loss possibilites at speed.

I guess you just travel light. Either that or trailer the bike. [:'(] As long as the HOG gets ridden, FREQUENTLY!!!!

FWIW, the trailer helps many ride more, and more often, than those without a trailer.
