I agree with you and apparently so does a lot of Americans. I heard recently that Citgo is changing the name of their stations to Petro Express because they have lost so much business. Ergo, I won't be buying gas at Petro Express. There is no way that I will put money in Hugo Chavez's pockets. It would have to be an emergency with no other way before I will buy CITGO products.
I was going to change to HD syn3 oil this week. Guess now I will change to AMSOIL or Mobil 1.

Citgo still employes thousands ofUS citizens who need paychecks and most likely some ride Harleys too. When they quit their jobs I'll feel more compelled to boycot them .......till then I'm using HD oil. I drink more beer that I use oil in my scooters so I quit drinking Miller products. Drink Bud now.

Over 60% of the oil and oil related products (gas) come from other countries. Every time you fill up your gas tank, you are likely buying oil from a country that hates us. We either have to accept that,or develop alternative forms of energy. It is silly to boycott HD oil and ignore the facts.

I"m glad that i have not had my bike long enough to change the oil in it yet. not going with the HD stuff. I'm with Master Chief, thats some quality they have if they are only picking them up for 10c a qrt. What rate are you MC?

Amsoil, Mobil 1, and every other motor oil that I can think of, except possibly Quaker State, comes from outside the US. Personally, I would rather my money go to Venezuela than the Mideast.
