When I had my R1, my friend, who had a Titan, and Iused to run all the time. He would always hole-shot me in first gear. Then second gear I would run him down and rip past him. Then we would switch bikes and do it again. I'm not sure why that amused us so much. As far as your little green buddy, I would set up the match and tell everyone to come watch. We'd line em up and make lots of noise, then let him rip from the light like his axx is on fire. Of course one of the folks I'd ask to come watch would be local PD. You canfigure the rest....You might even be declared a local hero as I'm sureyou are not the only one he has annoyed.

Here is the real deal.....the 2007 NHRA Pro Stock Motorcycle results as far as I know are HD or Buell in the top 4 spots......so nowwhat. I aint even gonna look it up or google it....I am that sure.

Now.....you got a beef with people from NYC or what? I am originally from NYC, and I still live within 2 miles of Times Square, and I can tell you this......I aint NEVER walked into a coffee shop (come to think of it that right there iseven sort of gay) with my lap top tucked under my arm. You can make it sound how ever you want by saying its for work, or this or that......fact is.....its sort of lame.....in a fem sort of way, I got to say if I seen you pulling up on your bike, and then reaching into your saddle bag coming up with a lap top in your hand....I would have a good laugh.

I dont know, but I would love to move to NM....or Arizona just for the weather......but if I was like you and judged the whole place by the likes of one *** hat.....I guess after reading your post, I would have to stay away. You see where I am going with this.

Thanks for letting me know that carrying lap top on a Harley is "fem." I guess all those "real" bikers commuting to work must be carrying their gangsta gear in their bags. Gimme a break...

You could always get one of the new Buell 1125R's when they come out and toast his ars. The service manage at our local dealer stalks the streets at night with his Buell, and causes havic with the local crotch rockets. He can get them from light to light, but on a longer run, they have him. He told me that as soon as a new 1125R comes in the back door, it will be on the lift that day. Let the rice burners beware....

I hadn't thought about it, but it would do HD well to try to make Buell the fastest and baddest crotch rocket around, then the riders wanting the latest and greatest would at least get to be somewhat familiar with HD. I guess that's their plan, but I never thought about it that way.
