I eat a pretty balanced diet and have always been fit.
Beuing overweight a little I can understand, but if you are over 300 then you got a serious problem. Remember, there were no fat people in the **** camps during WWII
66 yo 5'9' 150/160 lbs was in better shape 10 yrs ago when I raced mx every weekend . crashing on dirt sucks also broke all kinds of stuff. now just the harley
