At 73 I'm 10 lbs heavier than when I was a teen age jock. Compared to most of those I see around me I'm happy.

Half of my basement is a workout area with gym quality machines, power-rack, 3 Olympic free weight sets and some cardio equipment. I like to refer to my type of lifting as a powerbuilder which is half bodybuilder and half powerlifter.

5'9" and about 200 pounds.

5'10' 190 lbs. 61 years old.

I run 20 to 25 miles a week at a pace of 10 to 11 minute miles and lift weights twice a week. I bench 220 most times. I havea little around the waist, butwould say I am mostly fit.

I don't know about being happy, but I am content with myself and with my life.

6' 2" @ 180 pounds, 56 years young. Been mostly hanging around that weight all my life.
I'm one of those that eat a lot and gain almost nothing.

Im 47 5'5" 145.
I race GNCCoff road dirt bikes and quads to keep in shape.
In winter I ice skate and do the occasional hockey pick up game.

I eat whatever I want and don't drink much beer.
BOTH my parents were overweight and had heart problems, both are not with me anymore.
I remember my Dad saying, "eat that fat junior (from a steak)it will line your veins".
No thanks.

Thats the trick right there, muscle weighs more than fat. you could be fat at your weight by normal standards but if you have a lot of muscle mass there could be no body fat on you. A good friend of mine works out everyday and he is 5-6 190 lbs and has no fat on him.
Me I am 5-7 and 167 and no fat. He just has a ton of big muscles. I still schooled him, I took him to work and made him cry by slinging plywood. He couldnt understand how I could throw the stuff like paper and he was struggling. Its about the technique and balance

My best bench press was 340 pounds for 3 reps but you would probably school me also when it comes to throwing plywood around. Totally different animal when it comes to things like that and you are not used to it.
