So, I go out for a nice long ride up to Lake Pleasant with my brother on Weds. I come back, sore as hell from head to toe. I'm thinkin to myself, wow.. I know i'm new at riding and such but i don't think i should be this sore... all over. So, the next day what happens? You betcha, get on the porcelain throne and 3 days later i'm still hating it. The worst part, i've had no desire to ride. That's what I get for bragging about year 'round riding in Arizona.

 

My company shuts down the whole week between X-mas and new year, YAAHOO! So naturally I get a visit from Mr. Flu, ARGH%#%. Oh well, it's to cold here in St. Louis to ride anyway...

 

Sometime stuff happens, hang in there things will get better and before you know it, you will be back to riding. Have a nice weekend or the best that you can considering the circumstances.

 

Heh, yeah you always seem to get the flu at the worst times don't ya? But just think of all the catching up you get to do here on the forums!
