Default Options for Storage

On my Super Glide I currently have the small leather round pouch mounted behind my stock license plate. Well, I'm planning on taking the stock place mount off and putting on a lay-back plate, which means no more room for the pouch, which I never liked the look of anyways but it served the purpose. Question, I want to keep it as bare boned as possible so saddle bags are out of the question but what kind of suggestions can I get for something to put my registration, insurance card and the occassion change of eyewear? Am I going to be stuck with a front handlebar mounted bag? Keep in mind I'm a female owner/operator but I don't want the girlie crap on my bike!!!!! But remembering to grab the paperwork every time I ride is a pain and and it's not going to last long if it goes thru the wash. Anyone have any creative suggestions or off-brand sources for small, discrete storage options? I've thought about one of the magnetic hide-a-key boxes but I wasn't sure how we'll that'd work and it wouldn't work for goggles......

Thanks!!!

If you check the Harley catalog on page 370, youwill find storage tubes that bolt to your front frame. Thismay help you.

I have seen advertisements for small aluminum tubes that are mounted to the frame or crash bar that can carry the paperwork, not sure of about the shades. I think they are called "stash cans" or something like that. Maybe the shades could go into a fanny pack. Just athought.

Sounds to me like you have a conundrum. How about a small pouch for the paper up at the bar riser, the shades could just tucked in the same area where you can see them.I bet you will figure it out.

I have a manly fork bag on my Fatboy.
Goes below the headlamp and above the fender.
