I got a ton done on the bike today. The fender fab is done and ready for body work and paint. The computer relocation is all worked out and the wires are relocated. I mocked up a set of three inch springs. I would like to run two inch springs but the two inch ones I have are too soft. I need to move the spring mounts on the seat out an inch on each side so they land on a more secure place on the frame.Its coming along. I am still not completly sold on the springs yet. I am thinking of painting them black so they go away.

I saw the Heartland kit....looks a little too high for my taste.I think it's kind of silly myself, but it's not my bike.

Check out T Rat's bike, he did one helluva good job on that seat (he made everything -fiberglass, brackets, etc...except for the springs and seat).

Yup, freakin' unreal.

My favorite part has gotta be the white seat with the white spark plug leads with the white nostalgic grips with the white kicker. All set off by the whitewall tyres. Damn dude. Just unreal.

As I said before, yours and Von Zip's scoot........ untouchable.

Very nice how to. Not sure why I never thought of doing my cover out of fiberglass. My skills with glass are much better than punding a flat piece of metal into submission. Oh well its done now.
