Just plain stupid. Screwing around is bad enough but damn, while there is on coming traffic? What's the saying...... "you can't fix stupid".

Ditto on that. I have a wife, daughter and two grandkids out driving in their cars and idiots like him are putting all in danger while riding on the street. Can't believe someone would do something sostupid with all of the oncoming traffic. The people like him who don't have enough gray matter to ride their bikes, also raise everyones insurance.Hope they throw the book at him
