I always like to get 9 or 10 beers under my belt,......then ,.....I throw my german shorty over my bald scalp,.....mostly just for looks,...I don't actually strap it down,......then I tear *** down the highway at breakneck speeds,,...weaving in and out of traffic. Sometimes ,..I spit on the car behind me.........and I love to try and hit the road signs with my empty beer cans. Normally,....i'll drop my bike at every other red light,...just cause I forgot to put my feet down.
So far,..it's worked for me,....but ,...different strokes I guess......
That is somefunny sh*t!
lol,...even funnier when you know much of it is true
I think that the OP overlooked strapping an ejection seat rocket and a parachute on your back. Just be sure to let your passenger go first or your rocket will set the passengers crotch on fire.
Uh...[sm=dontgetit.gif][sm=WTFsgign.gif]
So... really...
I'm a beginner, and I actually read all msgroup.org (James R. Davis site) and found a lot of interesting stuff there....
What's up with all this? I don't get it.
HarleyForever tips are interesting and useful.
You not interested? Don't read it.
I thought it was all about freedom.
You think wearing a helmet is not for you, and a bandana and some cool shades will do? Don't wear it. Go for the bandana and shades look.
I ride with a full face and will continue to do so, it's ok for me.
I want to stay safe. I've been driving on the road for almost twenty years, always trying to improve myself. One thing I got for sure: however smart you think you are, the road has always one more nasty trick up its sleeve to throw at you.
Everything about riding technique, safety or what else a more experienced guy will say, I'll listen.
It doesn't mean I'll follow the advice, or I'll believe whatever I hear, but I'll listen. So, why not let everybody say what he has to say?
Forums are for sharing info, after all.
You think it's bullshit? Do whatever you think is best, absolutely, but let me hear what the guy has to say.
After all, it's you that boast so much about freedom of speech, and it's the reason I so love american forums.
My best safety feature is on my shoulders, I drive as conditions dictate or allow. I do take risks it is one of the thrills of riding and it makes me feel a bit more alive. I am not big on safety gear but do not ever critisize another for using it... let those who ride decide... as has been quoted at least once this thread.
The second most importand piece of safety gear is my bike... tires, oil, service by me or mechanic as needed!
Last just know your limits.
Of course this is just my opinion.. to each thier own.
Crashing doesn't really suck,.........it's "Surviving" a really bad crash that sucks
and I like to get loaded before i ride,.....that way if I dump it in a bad curve and wrap myself around a tree,..........i probably won't remember what happened,......and I can blame it on the alcohol.
odds are ,..I wouldn't even feel it!
