The crossbones looks pretty cool. Which is alot more than I can say for the rocker. Put some apes on it and some exhaust tape over drag pipes and change out the rear fender for something a little smaller and "unbobbed" and you would have a really nice ride.
Ohcrap ultraf.ck and hypershit!
You can't ask me to choose!
In the end, if I HAVE to choose, I'll choose the Rocker, but just because I have to.
The reason being that the crossbones has the mini-apes, which I don't think fit the vintage look properly. A buckhorn or beach bar handlebar would have been right. The mini-apes? What they have to do with a '40-'50 looking bike???
Put very bluntly, even if I like 'em both a LOT, I must admit that from a purely stylistic point of view the Rocker is more coherent and has a more "together" style, while the crossbones seems a '40 vintage which has had an accident with a '70s chopper.
i like the name Rocker over Crossbones...i just cant hear myself saying "i ride a crossbone". but then again i couldnt say "i ride a rocker" either. both need changes in my opinion but i like more things on the crossbone than the rocker.
yeah . . what's up with the bike-naming dept these days! We've gotten "Nightster", "Fat Bob", "Rocker" and now "Cross Bones" lol
What happened to the guy who came up with "Night Train", "Duece" and "Road King"?? lol

They must've gone down to the skate park, gave pictures of the bikes to all the kids there and said, "Name this bike!"
The Rocker just doesn't seem like enough thought went into it or perhaps too much thought. The Cross Bones on the other hand could grow on a person. I could envision having one to use as a local bar hopping scoot.
