Stage II kit on a 96: good or bad?

Stage II kit on a 96: good or bad?
I'm thinkin' ofadding the big bore kit to the Fat Bob I have on order. I've heard (indirectly) that others are having overheating issues.
Anyone had this done? Any issues with your bike afterwards?

not sure how there can be overheating issues with the kit as the kit has yet to be released, it's waiting epa approval for the fxdf.
i ordered it when i picked up my fxdf back in nov.

yeah, that's right. check the part# out for that kit, it's one part # for all 50 states while all the other bikes have a 49 state 103 kit and a cali 103 kit.
that's because the fxdf does not have catalytic converters in the exhaust, it's the only bike in the lineup that does not and as a result, this part kit needed epa approval which delayed it.

I only heard of the problem on the baggers due to all the fairing blocking the cylinders not letting the air circulate and thats just with the 96.
