Does a leather vest with a HOG patch and chapter name constitute a set of colors?? if not it sure should..what about a patch with no name?? or a jacket with Harley Davidson on the back? no problem for me, just slip off my cut-off and put it in my saddle bag if I want to go in that bad..course I know true 3 piece patch holders can't do that..

Vince has always been a "Super VIP" at the Toys in the Sun Run, Florida's LARGEST TOY RUN, he performs, hugs all the guys on stage, mingles with the Outlaws MC.....The run is sponsered by the South Florida President's Council which is made up of MC's, Outlaws MC included, it's a bit of a slap in the face to them I'd say. Here in South Florida we don't reeally have a problem of MC's getting along with each other thanks to the SFPC and COC. Joe Perry's place lets Colors in, Pete Rose's place lets Colors in, no problems! Bars that "ban" Colors are ones we wouldn't go into in the first place! Yes, I'm a 3-piece Patch Holder... Methinks Vince just stepped on his P P over this...

I can understand the colors maybe causing problems among rival groups. One way to keep the peace is to not allow any. If you don't want to go there then don't. The club may survive and it may not. Used to have a Jazz club in a working class neighborhood that required a sport coat/blazer. Club didn't stay in business very long. Then it became a biker bar, didn't last long. Then some radio DJ's took it over, didn't last long. I think it's a Chinese joint now, it may last.

Vince is one of about six other people that have backed that place and he has about as much to do with its business operation as Helen Keller sitting on a toilet with a plunger left in it.

Oh what a slippery slope - That was tried here in Mn. Not only colors, but as long as we are at it, black leather jackets, ANY patch, Viet Vet, Christian, etc. Major lawsuit, State Supreme court ruled it discrimination. Bar lost, bikers in general won. I am NOT a patch holder, but do hang around patched clubs and members. I know far more non-patch bikers who cause all sorts of problems than patch holders. JMFUO - it is a very slippery slope to step on.

St Croix Valley Riders is a good organization, but because they are "bikers", no deal. I believe this story is a little different, in that it was the city that held the bar's liquor license hostage, until the agreement was signed. (ps - we don't get along with the Outlaws here in Mn, so I'm not defending them)
