The headlight ring has a rubber? ring inside of it that fits tight around the headlight retainer. Just remove the one screw and pull hard. It will come off.

I only have experience with my Road King. On my bike, you loosen the bottom and slide it up. There is a clip on the top that fits into a slot, so once the bottom is loose, you lift the top straight up. It can be kinda hard to get moving at first.
Hope this helps.

Those just slip in. You do have to remove the bezel because of the afformentioned clips. You will have to relocate the top 2 slightly. Once you remove the bolt at the bottom of the bezel, just pull out at the bottom where the screw holds it in place and it will come out, then lift slightly and its off.
