it is housed in a fork bag and it does have quick release clips to disconect it in about 1 min if not less... so unless you spill a bottle of water in the bag you will be fine. when i hit rain i just unclip it and toss it in my saddle bag or back pack... pretty simple, and works great. I can take some pics of the quick release... (i just came up with them a few weeks ago in all honesty) in the past i had to unplug the amp and undo the bag, then i thought, why do that... this could be faster! so i made it faster! it is almost impossible to find a waterproof amp... they are out there but do a real real bad job of dispacing heat... so they get super hot! not a good combination... so i just protect my amps and do not have to worry about it

Get ear buds, you can turn up the volume to the pain level and not annoy the people you are riding with. Picture 10 people riding together, all with LOUD speakers, all listening to something different.

Uniq Cycle has a great system. Contrary to an earlier post, they are easy to install (about 3 beers), and I am NOT an electrician. I'll try to put some pictures up tomorrow.
