6'6" Built my own, Fits "just" fine.
Had to change bars on our Ultra, stock hit my knees when turning. Road my buddy's wife's 05 RK, felt like a sardine "in" it.
Have you debated fwd controls along with the seat? If you do, look for steel vsalum billet. Especially if you LOVE to ride, read that "durability"
I'm puttin' together a 78 FLH, 3" fwd controls and 1" spacer blocks to get them "out" a ways.
Ever hear the song "Short People" by Randy Neman? Applies to Harleys as well.

Good luck with the "new" ride, tricity.

i would suggest moving the forward controls as far forward as possibe to start with. i am 6'2" with a very long inseam and i have a problem with most seats. i did not like the tallboy seat - seemed like alot of padding on a normal seat pan that pushed me upward - felt like sitting on a huge pillow. i did not like the look as well as feel. i use a corbin classic solo - the corbin seats will generally move you back an inch or more and somewhat down - so gives you a lot more leg stretch. there are custom seats - i had one made that moved me back 2" and it is nice, just not quite the look of a corbin (which i personally like) - but they are expensive. allen at mean city cycles does modifications on stock harley seats and does very good work for very economical prices. he can move you back for a very small fee - you might check him out first.

They make forward mount controls, I just went with highway pegs on the crashbar on the Heritage...but on the Custom I still may end up putting forward controls on it.
