Concept bike Nova

I found this article a while back, and I am sure most of you like myself have never heard of this concept bike. Just thought I would share it with you to let you know what could have been!

Very interesting the bike look like a sporters and a jap bike. This concept probably wouldn't be so bad in today time.

Read about it in a book from Barnes & Noble on Harley....you can see some resemblance on what the V-Rod got (it too was a collaboration with Porsche). Back in the 80's had they gone with the Nova instead of the Evo, I believe they would have never made it. What brought them success was sticking to what made a Harley a "Harley." And the other point was they finally paid attention to Quality. Funny thing even though some say that the water cooled engine is what EPA is driving the market to, I hear there is technology available to give the same performance to air-cooled engines. It will be interesting to see how Harley survives as the Baby Boomers move into retirment centers! They sure are selling more clothes these days....what about a Harley Wheelchair? HE HE
