I'm not a big fan of their spray detailer, streaks too easy. I came across a product a couple years ago called "Yacht Brite" not to be confused with "Bike Brite" totally different stuff. The YB was fantastic, much easier to lightly buff a shine out of any surface. Years ago, Westley's had a product called Clear-Gard. Although it was aimed at Armor-All's audience, it buffed real nice from painted and chromed surfaces. Haven't seen it available in decades though.
Honda Bright and S100 is the same thing. It does take a lot of rinsing to get it all off. I wet the bike, spray it on, take the hose and with a wide spray, spread the stuff around, then blast it off, and rinse, and rinse, and rinse................................ Noname
Unfortunatly the molecular structure in S100 reacts with conventional "dino" oil thus causing a chemical reaction resistant to water and will not allow the bike to be cleaned thoroughly! And I don't know why?
Put yer bike in the shade , make sure its cooled off. Spray it down with water. Git some car soap and a brush for the wheels from the Harley dealer. git some car soap, Use a nice small hand towel and wash yer bike. I use the airforce blaster , it has heat to it to help dry the bike. I use th S-100 Detail-Wax
or Protectall from these folks, out it on with one rag and wipe it off with another towel. I use the brush on the motor and wheels.
Like somebody else said the S-100 Bike wash is acid and very corosive and you have to wash yer bike a couple times to git it off you yer in trouble. You can feel it burn a cut when it gits in it too.
This thread is not encouraging me to use S100. First I would have to change to syn3 oil , then there is the potential acid damage and film left on the bike. I just use a car wash solution in a bucket of water followed by drying with a soft towel and then an application of Harley Glaze applied with my finger tips. Has worked for me on a vivid black bike for years. Jus' sayin'.
