I get an email last night with a UPS tracking number informing me that my item had JUST been shipped out. What the ****, right? I email them back telling them that I am annoyed at the fact that they are just getting around to shipping my stuff and asked what happened. This was their reply.
"We just wanted to let you know that we've shipped your order as detailed below."
So I email them back informing them that they must have misunderstood my email because their return email answered nothing. So I re-explain my situation and ask to know what happened and why was I not contacted. Their reply email?

WHAT THE ****!??!?!
I will NEVER purchase anything from them again. They are a joke. I hope to God the owner of that **** hole is a regular here... or at least one of their employees. I hope they read this and get their **** straight because even if they have nice items, and it seems like they do, their customer service, or lack thereof, will sink them.
I just had my first run in with Debrix. It will be my last. After 34 days we still have nothing except multiple "Your order will ship tomorrow's" And they have stopped responding to emails. Never once was I demanding, rude, or impatient. I understand that this service could take awhile, I have drop shipped many things. Hopefully my credit card company can get my money back.
I'm going to have to start paying closer attention to dates, got to the second page before I realized you brought a thread from 2008 back from the dead!
Keep in mind that when you receive the tracking number, and when the package is actually delivered to the carrier for shipping, are two entirely unrelated events.
And shady shops rely on that to give the perception of fast shipping to the poor customer.
Always go at the carrier tracking system, and track your number. If the carrier says they do not still have the package, the shop has not shipped yet.

His only two posts are the one in this resurrected thread and the one in the thread below from 2008 THAT HE RESSURECTED also ???
I had a heart attack pretty young. I used to get wrapped around the axle over this kind of stuff. But I learned there's a whole bunch of things in day-to-day life that are not worth the cumulative wear-and-tear, better to shrug off. This falls into that category, for me.
'Course, having a few things like this to ponder will take your mind off the ambulance ride and the way the morphine isn't helping the pain in your chest but IS making you a little sick to your stomach
