I have a novelty and DOT carbonfiberhelment and I like them both, the first one I ordered did not fit they exchanged it no quesitons asked.

I love my ACC carbon fiber helmet but I went to their factory in Orlando to buy it. Had I ordered it online, I'm sure what I ordered would not have fit well. ACC makes both standard (more round) and an elongated (more oval) versions. The standard fit poorly but the elongated went on like a glove.

I don't think I would ever try to buy a helmet again that I couldn't try on first.

Oh yea, the folks at ACC are super nice people to deal with as well.

I'm gonna go check out those guys in case I ever need to get a lid. Those are probably the best looking lids I have seen ( at least in pictures ) course the smile doesn't hurt either

Try the Outlaw brand from LeatherUp. Great quality DOT half helmet without the 'shroom look. Course that Fulmer looks pretty darn good on GAGirl!

I tried to buy a ACC from the company and they were 5-6 weeks out. I checked with The Helmet Shop.com and they had them in stock and cheaper than the factory. I got mine in 5 days and it fits great.
