Do the Skid Lids have a removable visor? That is the first thing I took off mine to help with the wind lift.

I have every style helmet known to mankind...full w/ shield, full face racing, 2 half helmets , and 2 different skid lids...it's the nature of the beasts that they all catch wind and hurt my neck...that's the reason I only wear one when I cross a state line that requires one...hold my head down? That's like holding your head in a certain position while you're driving, you can only consciously do that for so long...then I move my head, and the wind snaps my neck back again...and no, I'm not putting a windshield on my Train...I'm fine without a helmet or a windshield...if Ohio passed a mandatory helmet law today, I'd be moved across the river and the state line tomorrow...JMO

I had that problem for a while, but it turns out that i had the chin strap too loose, and one time I hassed a semi and the thing came right up off my head and bobbled around and scared the hell out of me. From then onI sinch it down real good.

I had the same problem. I bought a Med size from Hjc. Did the same thing your talking about. Went to HD tryed on a few others and in different sizes. Ended up spending 125.00 for a small from HD. Been over 60mph and no problems and is very comfy.
