Which version would you buy, and why?

Classic, for the cruise control. Plus, I liked the looks better than the Standard.

I am going with the classic because it hasmore of the nastalgic look that I like. Personally I don't like the hard bags. And the Road King Classic just screams "class" for me.

I went for the standard because of the hard bags, I love the streamlined look.

The hard bags are definitely a plus (lockable) on the standard. I went with the Classic for looks, standard cruise control, and resale value.

Road King Custom, I like the looks better than the classic or standard and Harley dropped them from their line this year so there will be less of them out there.

Although I like the looks of the Classic better, I bought the standard for the lockable hard bags and cast wheels with tubeless tires. I figured I could always add cruise if I wanted to.
