Okay everyone whats the current laws in the US for traffic offences ?
In the UK you are given points for certain offences
Speeding minumum of 3 points & Upwards for each offence depending on the speed
Drunk or Drugs 11 points
When you get to 12 points your licence is removed and you are banned from driving
1-12 months if the points are for speeding
12 months automatically for drugs or drink
If you clock over 100MPH on the Motorway (Freeway) Then thats an automatic ban for around 3-6months
On top of this is the fines which can vary from £60 to £100's depending on the speed.

. As you probably know, I'm an LEO. The laws here in the US vary from state to state. In Illinois (where I'm from) it averages out to 3 moving violations equal a loss of licnese for a period of 3 months. DUI and serious traffic offenses will cause an immediate loss of license depending on the outcome of the DUI.Here is a couple that surprise a lot of people. Passing a school bus that has it's flashing lights on is an immediate loss of license and riding or driving out of classification (riding a motorcycle with out a motorcycle endorsement) is also an immediate loss of license.
There are tons of other laws but once you get your second ticket in a twelve month period you better slow down and watch yourself

He wasnt a biker though ! Did you see the car driver who was speeding as much as the two motorcyclists and he was using a phone ? the bikers got prison sentences the car driver got fined and banned !
