Hey mark 10 I know what you mean about being a little rusty. I replaced my worn out Dunlop andwith a slightly wider Metlzer 880. It seems like it has been so long that I honestly can't tell any difference.
But hey its great, rode 2 up with the wife Saturday, rode my errands Sunday, rode to work all week. Damn right back into it.
But I'm in Michigan and they are saying snow possible again this weekend.
I can't wait till spring is here, we have had lots of rsain and cold temps. It was really nice last week and rode, now it is going to be in the high 40's this weekend. This weather sucks. I am waiting on a job offer and I may be moving to Texas or Florida.
Not me, it's my favorite time of the year. However, I will say that I sure am tired of those cold starts for the long rides where I'm piling on layers; only to take the off during the day to then pile them right back on in the evening on the ride back home. They're uncomfortable and make me look fat, but it beats freezing my *** off.
Exactly how cold does it get down there? I'm riding in 30 F weather to work and 36F on the way home....
I know what you mean Mark10, winter is coming back for a short visit this weekend in West Mi., I did manage to get some miles in last weekend. The layup over the winter and riding finds the body parts that haven't been used in a while, thank goodness for aspirins. The skills do come back, trust me.
Today we've had rain & snow mixed, sleet, rain and gusty wind. By Saturday its supposed to be clear and temps in the low 70's. Typical spring in northern Utah.
