Not me, it's my favorite time of the year. However, I will say that I sure am tired of those cold starts for the long rides where I'm piling on layers; only to take the off during the day to then pile them right back on in the evening on the ride back home. They're uncomfortable and make me look fat, but it beats freezing my *** off.
Exactly how cold does it get down there? I'm riding in 30 F weather to work and 36F on the way home....
We've had several rides where we started out in temps in the mid to upper 30's and despite having a very nice pair of thick winter TourMaster gloves, it's always my fingers that get freezing cold. Nothing compared to what you Northern folks have to contend with, but still cold enough down here to make riding the bike in it not the most pleasant of experiences. Plus, I am 5'2" and petite, and cold natured to boot and even with layering up, I still get cold. Thank god it at least has been warming up during the days when we've made those rides.
